Genocide Prevention 25: Findings, Recommendations, and Record of Expert Presentations

A comprehensive survivor-led report documenting the findings, expert presentations, artistic contributions, and policy recommendations emerging from Genocide Prevention 25. Drawing on the experiences of genocide-affected communities, the report examines early warning signs, accountability, transnational repression, collective memory, and practical approaches to preventing future atrocities.

An educational resource developed for law enforcement and public institutions explaining transnational repression, its impact on genocide victim communities in Canada, relevant Criminal Code provisions, and practical recommendations for identifying and responding to transnational repression.

An examination of patterns of transnational repression experienced by genocide-affected communities in Canada. Drawing on cross-community evidence and testimony, this report analyzes surveillance, intimidation, coercion, disinformation, underreporting, and barriers to democratic participation, while offering recommendations for a coordinated national response.
